The Ogle County Economic Development Corporation (OCEDC) is seeking a dynamic, self-starting Director to lead and advance our mission of fostering sustainable economic growth, business retention and expansion, and community vitality throughout Ogle County, Illinois.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary ambassador and liaison for economic development across Ogle County communities, businesses, and stakeholders.
• Lead initiatives to attract new businesses and support existing ones.
• Create and manage marketing efforts on behalf of Ogle County and its communities.
• Collaborate with local, regional, and state partners to develop and implement strategic development plans.
• Manage organizational operations, budgeting, and reporting to the Board of Directors.
• Promote workforce development, business incentives, and community engagement programs.
